BEN ROSE

Name: Ben Rose

Position: SAFTV Course Director

Course: TV Presenting, Script Writing, Producers

Bio:

Benjamin Rose’s first writing position was on ABC-TVs much loved medical drama GP in 1990. He has written for “Heartlands”, “Corelli, “Echo Point” and “Xena Warrior Princess”.
In 2000, Benjamin produced “Not the Movie Show” for Channel 31 and the show’s arrival on Foxtel five long years later heralded the beginning of SAFTV.
Benjamin has been teaching TV presenter’s and writer’s ever since.

JASON BYRON

Name: Jason Byron

Position: Technical Director

Bio:

Technical Director of Honky Tonky Productions Sydney and Queensland office.
Jason is immersed in the technicalities of Media Production.
He grew up in the TV industry and has experienced all fields of production.
He holds expertise knowledge is all forms of televsion equipment and specialises in video camera's.
He is a director of photography and holds respect in Directing and Producing.
He has been producing TV for half of his life. Holds a role a producer with Sports Recording Service , Australia's largest recorder of Sports in Australia.
Has trained and assisted with some of the best people in his industry and is a answer to many advice in the world of Media Production.

JAY JOHNSON

Name: Jay Johnson

Position: Videographer/ Editor

Bio:

Big Jay is one of many talented CREW at SAFTV for a long time now.
He is an experienced exciting Editor and Videographer.
Jay has also produced Music Video's and worked activately with FOXTEL productions.
He is a very talented TV Producer and a mad facebooker

SIMON BROWN

Name: Simon Brown

Position: Videographer/ Editor / Web TV Developer

Bio:

Simon is a T V Presenter, Camerman and recently developed an online WEBTV Channel.
Simon has always enjoyed being in front of the camera and developes concepts
to take TV to a next level --- WEBTV--- he has created WEBTV channels and now
works with developement of NEW Media Platforms with Honky Tonk Productions.
